Hoping to completely camouflage my dark circles (Bobbi Brown Corrector doesn’t do it completely), I use the Creamy Concealer on top of the Corrector (in Bisque). When I was talking to the makeup artist at Bobbi Brown, I was torn between two shades – Cool Sand and Sand – Cool Sand being a little lighter (just a little) than Sand. She assured me that Sand is better for coverage because it is more pigmented, so I went with Sand.
I have been using the Corrector on a daily basis, a product I can no longer live without. I was expecting the same from the Creamy Concealer, but I find that the texture isn’t the same as the Corrector – it is drier and thicker, though it doesn’t provide more coverage. It is more or less the same as my Laneige Dark Circle Concealer Kit in #2. The shade suits me very well, but it doesn’t really provide any extra coverage.
However, it’s still a million times better than M.A.C.’s Studio Sculpt concealer, which is the most creasing concealer (probably because it is waterproof) I have ever used. I regret buying this Creamy Concealer because it doesn’t add coverage on top of the Corrector. So the Corrector is good enough for now, until I can find a better concealer after this one runs out.
