As much as I hate how commercialized Christmas has become over the years, I still cannot resist buying festive gifts for loved ones and for myself. As your email inbox is probably being bombarded by last minute gift ideas, and if you hate the mall crowds, online retailers offer a great variety of products.

Great Shopping Sites For Cosmetics and Skincare:

At this point, hopefully you already know what to get for whom and have some ideas where to get the gifts. If you are still reading this, perhaps you can check out the beauty websites that offer great gifts and can be trusted to deliver everything without a glitch.

Christmas Delivery & Tips

Before you get excited with all these great online Christmas gift ideas, make sure you read their shipping options and delivery guarantees before Christmas. Most of these e-retailers will specify when’s the latest you can place an order to get it delivered by Christmas. When in doubt, choose an e-store that offers rush delivery.

If you are shopping online for someone else, or simply do not like lining up at the post office to return a purchase, choose an ecommerce that will allow you to return your purchase at their retail locations. Sephora, for example, offers this great option for returns and refunds.

At this time of the year, many ecommerces, especially big companies, will offer free shipping and freebies. Why not take advantage of them? It will save you time and frustration pushing elbows at your local malls. But if you would rather get the stuff right away, nothing beats the mall. Just budget yourself and make sure you have enough time to mail the gifts (most overseas locations are already past the cut off date by postal services though) or if you shop online, leave enough time for the gifts to reach the recipient(s).

Last, but not least, if you see the same products at a few dollars less on a website with which you have never shopped than your regular e-store, stick with your regular e-store. A few dollars aren’t worth the trouble of wrong orders or worse, scam.

Happy Shopping & Happy Holidays!
