Announcement regarding the Discontinuation of Sales

Thank you very much for using our Impress IC White and BLANCHIR SUPERIOR products. Kanebo Cosmetics Inc., Lissage Ltd., and e’quipe, Ltd. have discontinued the sales of some brightening items because it has been found that some users of products containing Rhododenol 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanol, an active quasi-drug ingredient, developed white blotches on their skin. We offer our deepest apologies to our customers, business partners, and other concerned parties for any trouble or worry caused.

    I heard since young that Japanese whitening products had skin bleaching agents in them. For that reason, I could never really understand what the craze over whitening products are. But that ideological issue aside, phewww…….
